Every tab as one document — days, walks, light, money, notes, packing. Opens offline; print it or save it as a PDF.
Saves a one-page file you can open and print — for the fridge or the dashboard.

Set up a trip
Every tab in this app reads from one trip file. This is where you change it.
This trip
Dates, first light, sunrise, sunset, dusk, moon phase and moonrise are all worked out from these numbers — nothing is looked up, so it works offline and anywhere on earth. Good to a minute or two. Home hours from UTC is only used for the jet-lag notes.
Build the rest of this trip
Fill in the fields above and Apply first. Then this asks Claude to write the days, walks, meals, shopping, packing and notes for where you’re going. A couple of minutes.
It is written by a model, so treat it as a well-briefed first draft, not gospel. Check coordinates, opening hours and anything you’d rely on.
Which tabs you want
A city trip has no use for Trails. Turn off what you don’t need and it leaves the bar.
The trip file
Everything — days, trails, bookings, notes, packing, meals — lives in one JSON file. Save it, mail it, hand it to me to fill in.
Save before you blank. Booked costs travel with the trip file, so replacing the trip replaces what the Money tab shows. Your journal, photos and ticks are stored separately and survive unless you tick the box.
What is actually loaded
If something you expected to clear is still here, this says so. Read me these numbers.
Clears the trip, your ticks, journal, photos, expenses and sync settings, then reloads from scratch. Nothing survives it.
